Sharon Parker is a Winthrop Professor of Management and Organizations at the UWA Business School and a Future Fellow of the Australian Research Council.
She carries out research, teaching, and consulting in the area of organizational behavior and work psychology. Her research interests include proactivity at work, job and work design, and employee perspective taking. Other areas of interest include mental health, organizational change, team working, self-efficacy, leadership, and measurement of impact.
In her research, Sharon also works with the Centre for Safety, and with oil and gas companies to identify factors promoting safety in the workplace.
